3. Data Storage & Confidentiality

All assessment logs, request/response proofs, and vulnerability data are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. Access to vulnerability artifacts is strictly restricted to authorized engineering personnel.

4. Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

We use Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record and payment processor. When you make a purchase on neurapent.com, your payment details (e.g. credit card number, billing address) are collected and processed directly by Paddle.com in accordance with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. NeuraPent does not store or process sensitive credit card numbers on our servers.
