Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using neurapent.com or any security validation services provided by NeuraPent ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or submitting targets for assessment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You may only submit systems, domains, and IP ranges that your organization owns or has explicit written authorization to test.
Unauthorized testing, denial-of-service attempts, or illegal network access is strictly prohibited and constitutes an immediate violation of these terms, resulting in service termination and referral to relevant cyber law enforcement authorities.
NeuraPent provides autonomous security validation software designed to discover perimeters, construct adversarial exploit chains, and safely verify exploitability with non-destructive payloads. While we design all checks to prevent system disruptions, penetration testing carries inherent risks, and customer teams are responsible for verifying target boundary permissions.
All validation engines, algorithms, reports, styling, and software on neurapent.com are the proprietary property of NeuraPent. Clients receive full, unrestricted ownership and usage rights to their specific generated validation and compliance audit reports.
All commercial order transactions, payment processing, invoicing, and global tax compliance for NeuraPent are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle provides order support, billing assistance, and processes returns.
Purchasing our flat-rate penetration testing tier ($297 per engagement) allocates one (1) full security assessment credit to your account. Unused scan credits are eligible for a 100% full refund within 14 days of purchase. Enterprise retained validation agreements or custom infrastructure scopes are billed in accordance with mutually agreed Statements of Work (SOW).
All orders and service cancellations are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuraPent shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from penetration testing activities on properly authorized client targets.
